As a CRM Specialist at Hamra Jewelers you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales by analyzing client data, driving clienteling efforts, and personalizing engagement. You will utilize existing in-house CRM platforms to track high-value clients, manage relationship development programs and support our sales team with a focus on retention and personalized service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clienteling Support: You will work to enable our sales associates to build long-term relationships through personalized outreach, tracking client preferences (e.g., wish lists, anniversary dates, watch & jewelry preferences), and managing appointments.
  • Data Management & Analysis: You will maintain high data integrity, analyze purchase behaviors, and provide actionable insights on retention, reactivation rates, and client lifetime value.
  • Campaign Execution: You will work closely with our marketing team to implement targeted email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns for product launches, client appreciation and gifting programs.
  • System Administration: You will oversee Hamra CRM platform usability, conduct system training for store associates, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Reporting: You will create weekly/monthly dashboards for management to track KPIs like conversion rates and ROI on client engagement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years in CRM, client development, or marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong Excel/data visualization skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of luxury client behavior and high-net-worth engagement strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent a luxury brand voice.
