Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Parking Equipment Installation Technician to join our team. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across the Continental United States, with travel comprising approximately 90% of the position. The ideal candidate will have a general construction skill set, a solutions-oriented approach, and a positive attitude toward team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concrete Saw Cutting
- Forming and Pouring Concrete
- Gate and Machine Installation and Assembly
- Conduit Installation and Cable Pulling
- General Construction Duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in parking/access control equipment is helpful but not required
- Due to the necessity of driving and delivery of company equipment and rental equipment, and insurance purposes, candidates must be 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- General construction skills and familiarity with power tools
- Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and routine drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Former military candidates are welcome
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Punctual and reliable with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
