Position: Sales Consultant
Job Description:
- Sell new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
- Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Conduct business ethically and professionally, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and develop strategies to meet them.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
