While a Project Coordinator may support specific teams, such as the waste team, others may support specific customers. The role is a combination of project administration, project coordination, customer communication, and data entry.
Project Coordinator Job Duties
Competencies:
Minimum of 1 year experience billing; industrial, transportation, or similar experience preferred.
High School diploma or G.E.D.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Project Coordinator Job Duties
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain project files and records.
- Track project timelines and deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Assist with procurement and vendor management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Input and update project data into relevant systems.
- Generate reports and presentations as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
