MISSION OF THE ROLE
Lead shift execution so our store runs fast, clean, and friendly — every hour of every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be the on-shift leader for the front of house — responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching your team.
Your success will be measured by how well you:
Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency- Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift
- Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews
- Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency
- Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls
- Coach your direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow-up

The pay range for this role is:
19 - 22 USD per hour(Midland/Odessa)
