You will have complete ownership of the accounting function and a massive seat at the table as the company scales.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Because it's a lean team, you will be the absolute anchor running the day-to-day accounting machine, with plenty of room to build out a team as they scale.

• Own the Function: Handle everything from AR, AP, and Payroll to driving a clean Monthly Close.
• The Tech Stack: You’ll start out managing everything in QuickBooks, but you’ll play a major strategic role in helping evaluate and convert the company to a full ERP system down the road.
• Be the Financial Right Hand: Partner closely with ownership to provide the clear financial visibility that helps drive day-to-day business decisions.

Who You Are

• A strong Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready for the official "Controller" title and scope.
• Someone who thrives in a nimble, private company environment (you love having your hands in everything and seeing the direct impact of your work).
• A QuickBooks expert who isn't afraid of a future system implementation/migration.
