Core Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day claims operations while supporting department goals, timelines, and service expectations.
- Provide coaching, direction, and accountability for a team of claims professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalations and support smooth client service.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, claims handling, team efficiency, and operational consistency.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of claims management experience and 5 years of supervisory experience within group health claims.
- Strong understanding of commercial health insurance, claims processing, stop loss, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes.
- Experience managing claims teams, monitoring inventory, improving processes, and supporting staffing needs.
