What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escrow Officer / Escrow Assistant position at Tarry Title, Inc.?
Provide all Escrow Assistant duties, including but not limited to providing support to Escrow Assistant(s) and Escrow Officer(s), accept and maintain files and records; open orders; perform curative; prepare and assist with closings, prepare and review documents; post-close; communicate with and between clients, brokers, agents, lenders, other third parties, and Tarry Title staff and Directors; and any and all other reasonable responsibilities of an Escrow Assistant.
Provide all Escrow Officer duties, including but not limited to accepting, managing, and maintaining files and records; ordering, drafting, and reviewing policies; preparing and performing real estate closings; preparing and reviewing documents; communicating with and between clients, brokers, agents, lenders, underwriters, other third parties, and Tarry Title staff and Directors; overseeing, training, and instructing Assistants and Escrow Assistants; and any and all other reasonable responsibilities of an Escrow Officer.
