Essential Duties And Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, walk, climb, stoop, lift, push and pull.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in answering multiline phones and working reception desks and communicates professionally with individuals under supervision, members of the public, CSCD staff, court staff, government agencies and other individuals.
- Using County and CSCD computer information, determines the correct status of individuals under supervision and the appropriate routing of cases.
- Assists with entering data and scanning documents into the case management system of a highly sensitive nature and maintains its confidentiality in accordance with the CSCD policy.
- Maintains and troubleshoots officer equipment and coordinates with service providers.
- Stocks and maintains office supplies and forms.
- Directs individuals under supervision and others to the appropriate office or individual.
- Accepts and records receipts of court ordered funds, research account discrepancies, maintains balances, prepares deposits, researches and locates victim information for restitution payments and applies payments appropriately.
- Maintains security of received monies.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years related experience.
- Knowledge of principles, practices, and methods of office procedures.
- Ability to use personal computer, utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
