Essential Duties And Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to bend, carry, grasp/squeeze, hear, keyboard, kneel, pull, push, reach, reach overhead, perform repetitive tasks, see color, see near, sit, stand, stoop, talk, twist, use his/her hands, walk, work alone and with others, and work overtime.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and refers to appropriate person or takes messages as needed.
- Opens and closes the office doors. Greets and direct visitors to appropriate person or department.
- Receives, reviews, and forwards incoming documents and deliveries. Advises customers of completeness of documents and records.
- Prepares and scans department files and records.
- Types forms, memos and letters as needed.
- Assembles and compiles basic data for reports or presentations from established sources as directed.
- Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff member.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of clerical work experience.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with keyboarding. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple phone calls and requests required.
