- Lead all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash application, collections, etc.)
- Manage period end close process to ensure store and organizational level financials are accurate and in compliance.
- Responsible for cash management, including performing international wire transfers, ACH payments and maintaining lines of credit, where necessary.
- Create and manage accounting process, policies and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and financial insights
- Experience in managing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and overseeing fixed assets
- Background in finance and accounting practices, including compliance with relevant standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a team effectively
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
