Your Role
Lead civil and water / wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing cost, schedule, contracts, and client relationships.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Tools & Software
Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with scheduling/project controls tools preferred (e.g. MS Project/Primavera).
Specialized Project Experience
Utilities/sitework; active tie-ins, bypass pumping, shutdown coordination, and inspection readiness as applicable.

Your Role
Lead civil and water / wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing cost, schedule, contracts, and client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project controls
- Administer owner contracts, buyout, procurement, and change management
- Coordinate with superintendents and field leadership to align plan vs. execution
- Lead client, consultant, and municipal coordination as needed
- Monitor risk and drive safe, compliant execution through closeout
- Proven project leadership with strong financial and scheduling discipline
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with owners and partners
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to safety and quality
- 7 years managing civil, water/wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure projects with full budget/schedule responsibility.
- Experience with subcontract buyout, change management, and stakeholder coordination (owners/municipalities/inspectors).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Work Location, Environment & Travel Requirements
- Mix of office and regular jobsite presence; visits to active sites are required to support field execution and stakeholder coordination.
- May include outdoor work, variable conditions, and time-sensitive activities (tie-ins, shutdowns, inspections).
- This role may require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Travel may be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
