We’re looking for a driven and experienced Traffic Signal Project Manager to oversee exciting traffic signal and smart transportation (ITS) projects across the Denver metro area. In this role, you’ll manage projects from planning through completion — coordinating crews, budgets, schedules, and cutting-edge traffic systems that improve safety and mobility for thousands of people every day.

- 5 years of experience in traffic signal construction, ITS, electrical construction, or infrastructure project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of traffic signal systems, electrical construction, and public works projects
- Ability to read and interpret traffic signal plans, electrical schematics, and ITS drawings
- Familiarity with CDOT standards, MUTCD requirements, and NEC codes
- Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- IMSA certification is a strong plus
