- A Strong Financial Background: At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a planning and analysis role, with a proven ability to align activities with strategic business goals.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis with expertise in GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your team while fostering collaboration across departments to drive results.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with financial software, and a strong understanding of financial applications.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong communication and critical thinking abilities to articulate complex financial data in a clear, concise way.
