Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals based on customer specifications and engineering requirements.
- Manage all aspects of assigned manufacturing projects, including engineering, purchasing, material control, quality assurance, and installation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Review project data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments and with customers.
- Proactively contact customers prior to manufacturing to confirm that all requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee P&IDs, schematics, and detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-up and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
- High level of technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of company products and customer requirements.
- Associate degree or higher in an engineering discipline strongly preferred; equivalent technical experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Stable work history with a proven record of reliability and follow-through.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial project management.
- Familiarity with P&IDs, schematics, and mechanical systems.
- Energetic, results-driven, and committed to producing high-quality work.
