We are seeking APM to support project teams, ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules (Primavera) with input from PM and Superintendent
- Track job costs, cash flow, and prepare progress estimates
- Attend planning, pre-construction, and weekly project meetings; prepare/distribute minutes
- Process change orders, force accounts, and back charges
- Assist with project closeout, including take-offs, as-builts, and cost history input
- Conduct regular site visits and support quality/safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years’ related experience
- Minimum 6-10 years
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Primavera (SureTrack a plus)
- Valid driver’s license; for company vehicle
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Roadway, bridge and underground wet utilities experience a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
