The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Primavera P6, including creating resource-loaded schedules, tracking percentage completion, and developing visual storyboards to communicate project progress effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create resource-loaded schedules to optimize labor, equipment, and material allocation.
- Track and report percentage complete for all project activities.
- Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays or risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to update schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Design and deliver visual storyboards that illustrate project timelines, milestones, and critical paths for executive and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for scheduling and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, including advanced features for resource loading and progress tracking.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path methodology.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Familiarity with scheduling integration with cost control systems.
- Experience creating visual dashboards or storyboards.
