Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Montgomery, AL, for a Pest Control Technician. The Pest Control Technician will be responsible for inspecting premises, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective pest management solutions. Daily tasks include using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods, applying treatments to control and eliminate pests, providing lawn care services, and communicating with customers about service plans and preventive measures. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and PEST treatment best practices
- Knowledge and experience in Lawn Care services
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain accurate service records
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company-provided vehicles
- Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is a plus but not required
- Certification or willingness to obtain certification in pest management
