- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional service to residents and prospective residents
- Assist with leasing, tours, move-ins, and move-outs
- Track rent payments, deposits, and fees; follow up on delinquent accounts
- Coordinate unit turns, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist vendors as needed
- Contribute ideas to marketing, resident retention, and outreach efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of customer service or office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
