Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Branch Staffing Manager based in Tacoma, WA. This role is responsible for ensuring the staffing office operates efficiently, supports recruiters and account managers, and maintains full compliance with staffing processes and employment laws. This role manages daily internal operations, drives recruiting execution, supports sales activity, and helps the team meet hiring and placement goals. The Franchisee sets the strategic direction; the Branch Manager executes that vision through day‑to‑day leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
Staffing industry experience is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent staffing industry experience.
- Prior experience in a staffing agency is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively under daily deadlines and operational demands.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Intermediate computer skills; ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or special events.
- Proficiency Avionte preferred
