Description
Tarantino Properties is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technicians to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
- Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
- Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
- Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
- This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
Requirements
- HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
- Pool certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
- Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
