Lead Maintenance

800 Tower Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.

Requirements:

• 3 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Proven experience completing full unit turns and make-readies
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, etc
• Ability to complete most maintenance repairs
• Experience managing work orders and preventive maintenance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Leadership experience supervising or training maintenance staff preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation
