Description
Plantation Apartments is an established 50 apartment community looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready / Porter.
The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on-call every other weekend.
Duties:
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Grounds upkeep
- Pool cleaning
- Watering grass
- Trash removal
- Dog station care
- Make ready's and light maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Should have knowledge of painting
- Basic makeready skills
- Should be able to lift more than 20lbs
- Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
- Knowledge of appliances
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
- Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
