Retail - Assistant Store Manager

Tapper's has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager with retail store management experience, luxury and jewelry would be preferred, but not required. Job Qualifications:
· Sales, Staffing and Operations Management Experience
· Highly effective team player with ability to close sales and handle customer issues in a professional manner
· Organized and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
· Creative problem-solving ability
· Highly effective interpersonal skills
· Ability to work regular store hours and flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings and extended hours when necessary
