What You’ll Do
· Develop clear, accurate project estimates from concept through bid
· Review drawings, specs, and scope to identify risks and opportunities
· Partner with operations, vendors, and clients to align on cost and approach
· Support bid submissions, pricing strategy, and project handoff

· Estimating experience (construction or related industry)
· Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work
· Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
