- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in customer service, food handling, and culinary techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, marketing efforts, and implementing operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated skills in inventory control, food safety practices, and food industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and shift management.
- Previous experience in catering, banquet operations or hotel food service is a plus.
