- Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
- Assist with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing duties
- Help meet or exceed residents’ dining expectations with friendly and efficient service
- Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of server experience (Required)
- Experience working with older adults (Preferred)
- Kitchen and dining room–related experience (Preferred)
