Summary
The Patient Experience & Marketing Intern supports the Tapestry 360 Health (T360H) Marketing and HIT teams in enhancing how the organization engages with, listens to, and serves its patients. This role sits at the intersection of user experience (UX), data analytics, storytelling, and marketing, contributing to initiatives that strengthen brand presence, improve patient access, and elevate the overall care experience.
The intern will assist in executing digital tools, analyzing patient feedback, and developing content aligned with T360H’s mission, strategic plan, and commitment to equitable, patient-centered care.
Overall Performance Expectation: Success in this internship will be measured by the intern’s ability to meet and exceed clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by the end of the internship period. These KPIs will focus on both day-to-day marketing operations and the successful execution of high-priority digital transformation initiatives that directly impact patient access and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of patient-facing digital tools, including website chatbot functionality and self-scheduling platforms
- Monitor and respond to patient feedback channels (Google reviews, internal mailboxes) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collect, analyze, and report on patient experience and marketing data (service utilization, patient volume, performance metrics)
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to support marketing strategies and engagement initiatives
- Manage and maintain the organization’s SharePoint page, ensuring content is current and accessible
- Support email marketing campaigns (content creation, formatting, deployment, and performance tracking)
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create social media graphics, captions, and publish content
- Monitor and engage with social media audiences (comments, DMs, partner engagement)
- Coordinate patient and staff interviews, including scheduling and on-site support
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into compelling stories for digital and print platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Call Center, and Operations teams
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve patient experience initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- Foundational understanding of UX or human-centered design
- Interest in data analytics and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Experience with SharePoint or similar CMS (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media and digital engagement strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Education & Experience:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, UX, Data Analytics, or related field
- Coursework or experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or design preferred
- Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, email platforms, and reporting tools is a plus

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.
