The role of an Accounts Receivable Representative is to provide
financial and administrative support to the finance team. This position
will ensure that all invoices are paid and resolve customer account
Discrepancies. A Strong Customer Centricity Is Required. Essential
Duties and Qualifications: Duties listed below may vary in terms of
importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position
develops. Handles debt collections, contacting customers via email and
phone Provide customer service as the first point of contact to resolve
customer account discrepancies Manage shared accounts receivable email
and voicemail Accept and process customer payments by check, ACH
transfer, and credit card payments Gathers credit information, such as
D&B Reports and references, for review Reviews customer credit
applications and grant payment terms Creates electronic invoicing
Through Customer Portals Performs Other Duties As Assigned Required
Experience Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Administration Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Experience with accounting software systems, Business Central in
particular, a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills Desire to work within a strong team
