What You'll Do
- Own and resolve escalated client support inquiries, delivering clear and professional communication throughout.
- Manage, Investigate, and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Investigate discrepancies between systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, tech, support) and external vendors to improve accuracy and efficiency across processes.
- Participate in strategic operations projects, process enhancements, and system improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for reconciliation and process flows.
- Monitor system health and connectivity, ensuring uptime and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work out of the Plano, TX office 3x a week
- At least 1 years of experience in payroll (preferred), accounting, or related fields
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas) and other technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or related experience
