Overview
Looking for server who can also bartend as needed. Ideally someone who is comfortable serving 2-3 shifts and bartending 1-2 as well.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
- Mix ingredients to create classic cocktails as well as innovative drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service while promoting menu items and specials.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or nightclub industry is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for establishments that serve craft beers or specialty drinks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Certification in responsible beverage service may be required based on local regulations.
