Responsibilities
- –Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
- –Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly; deliver to tables in a timely fashion
- –Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes and guest preferences
- –Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- –Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and all glassware and utensils
- –Upsell beverages and menu items; maintain thorough knowledge of specials and promotions
- –Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely and accurate order preparation
- –Handle cash transactions accurately; operate POS system
- –Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
- –Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- –Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- –Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
- –Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; positive, friendly attitude
- –Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- –Strong customer service ethic and guest relations skills
- –Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- –Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling is a plus
- –Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
- –Experience in catering, banquet, or full-service dining environments is a bonus
- –Proven upselling and sales skills
- –Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- –Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
