Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual
Coordinator for Patient Global Services
to provide concierge-level support to international patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, hold a medical interpreter certification, and have strong experience in patient services or hospitality within a high-touch, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for international patients and families
- Provide interpretation services in Arabic to ensure clear communication between patients and providers
- Support patients with scheduling, coordination of services, and administrative needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with healthcare and hospitality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient service protocols
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic with medical interpreter certification (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in patient services within a healthcare or tertiary medical center setting (Required)
- Experience in hospitality, public relations, or customer service within high-touch industries (Required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
