- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges
- 6 years of experience as a Welder in a shipyard or heavy manufacturing environment
- 6 years of experience in MIG, TIG, Stick.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Certified in multiple welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Electrician certification or demonstrated experience in electrical work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
