🔥 Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
📐 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
🔧 Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
⚡ Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
🛠️ Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
📋 Document work progress and report any issues or defects

What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 1 years of experience with welding.
- Preference to SHOP welding experience, some ship is fine but it must be majority shop welding.
- MUST KNOW MIG AND TIG. They will be tested on both so they must be comfortable with both.
- Worked with aluminum
- Must have experience with fabrication
- Understands blueprints & schematics.
