✅ 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
✅ Demonstrated expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, including W-2 and 1099 preparation
✅ Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
✅Experience overseeing multi-state payroll and corporate tax filing
