Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and linked data
- Partner with department managers to gather information and track ongoing projects
- Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation
- Manage bid processes, compile bid specifications, set up vendor walk-throughs, and handle vendor registration for site access
- Receive bids and produce comparison/leveling sheets for review
- Proactively review spreadsheets for data accuracy and process improvements
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or administrative support preferred
- Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, data links, multiple inputs)
- Strong communication skills when interacting with vendors and internal teams
