**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for the cannabis industry, and a proven track record of efficiency and precision in trimming cannabis plants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Buck/Prep the cannabis you will be trimming
- Hand trim cannabis flowers with precision and care
- Maintain the quality and appearance of the cannabis buds
- Identify and report any issues with plants to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Miscellaneous potential hourly work
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in cannabis trimming
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
