Currently we are seeking highly motivated skilled Irrigation Technician as an addition to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. If you have experience in landscape maintenance and possess mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Repair, and maintain irrigation systems

- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to use Smart Phones.
- Must be able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems
- Perform regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of the system
- Adjust sprinkler heads and valves to optimize water distribution
- Replace or repair damaged components such as pipes, valves, and controllers
- Program irrigation timers and controllers

Experience:
- Previous experience working with irrigation systems is required
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in irrigation system installation and repair
- Ability to perform physical labor as needed
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing irrigation system components

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for System Activations, System Tune Ups, Mid-Season System Checks and System Winterizations.
- Assists in preparing truck and materials for days work as directed.
- Keeps trucks and other assigned equipment in neat and orderly fashion. Reports the need for repairs to trucks and equipment.
- Shall be ready and willing to assist other team members in all aspects of daily activities when required.
- Helps enforce job safety practices.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Report any existing problems found during spring activation, service call, mid-season checkup and winterization to irrigation manager with a detailed description of problem so that a proposal can be generated to make repairs.
