What You'll Do:
Help manage day-to-day agency operations
Assist clients with policy questions, service needs, and coverage reviews
Identify opportunities to help clients with additional coverage
Support and help drive new business sales
Maintain strong organization within our systems and processes
Help create an excellent client experience
