Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect for and generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions (auto, home, life, and more)
- Quote, present, and close policies while delivering a high level of customer service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up on leads and stay organized within CRM systems to maximize production
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Driven, self-starter mindset with a strong desire to earn and grow
- Comfortable with sales, prospecting, and overcoming objections
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Goal-oriented and coachable, with a competitive edge
- Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
