Daily Responsibilities

• Engage with the customer base within our client’s retail locations to build relationships, promote products, and increase brand awareness

• Generate new customer leads and customer interest to turn leads into qualified sales opportunities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and retail sales support

• Participate in daily training sessions to reach campaign and performance goals

Who We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or equivalent is preferred

• Experience in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus — but not required (paid training provided!)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills

• Positive, energetic attitude with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach

• Confidence when engaging with customers and handling objections

• Team player with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail or sales environment
