This role involves engaging with customers in one-on-one sales interactions and helping guide their decisions.
We are hiring a people-oriented and customer-focused Junior Account Executive to open new cellular and wireless customer accounts with care and precision. In this role, you’ll be the go-to sales contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for additional value. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with and manage day-to-day and face-to-face customer interactions
Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities through consultative conversations
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the account lifecycle

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying customer-focused
Experience in account management or customer service is preferred
