The Role: We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Financial Analyst to support our operations team and contribute to the success of our facilities-particularly our coolers. As a Financial Analyst, you'll collaborate across departments, deliver impactful financial insights, and help ensure our operations are running efficiently and profitably.

Areas of Responsibility:
Financial Management
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports, including cost per unit, pricing, volumes, and profitability, as well as period-end variance analysis.
- Lead the budget process for assigned operational areas by interpreting production plans, throughput, capacity, CAPEX spending, R&M, and headcount to assess and communicate financial impacts.
- Support operations in meeting effectiveness and efficiency goals while delivering reliable period and annual financial reporting.
- Perform period-end closing procedures, including accruals, journal entries, inter-company billing, payables, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements and related analysis.
- Maintain financial system data, including item setup and key tables; identify and address system issues proactively.
- Apply strong financial and statistical knowledge to link operational activity with financial performance.
Business Intelligence
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple business systems and subsystems to provide actionable insights.
- Serve as a power user of Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in lookup functions, IF statements, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Leverage SQL and ERP system experience to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Present data effectively using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PDFs; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Ag Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or analyst role, with regular interaction with operations and finance leaders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in cost accounting and working within ERP systems such as JD Edwards.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
