This role will focus on researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining system and product solutions while supporting business-critical infrastructure and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities:
The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Desktop Support Services team with advanced engineering, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Managing full life-cycle project delivery, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Leading project teams and coordinating resources to meet defined goals.
- Applying engineering principles to design and enhance new and existing systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues impacting business operations.
- Documenting new system components and modifications to existing systems.
- Researching, evaluating, deploying, and configuring new and modified technologies.
- Ensuring security, compliance, and integrity of all systems and solutions.
- Providing concise, effective communication and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or a related role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Group Policy Administration.
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL query authoring.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, Splunk Query Language, and Windows Query Language.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows IoT administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Dell Wyse Management System and Dell ThinOS.
- Experience with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and asset management modules.
- Experience in a fast-paced enterprise IT or financial services environment.
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
