A healthcare organization in New Jersey is looking to add a new Senior Data Modeler, designing, developing, and maintaining data models crucial for enterprise analytics and application development.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing data models for various data stores
Building and maintaining ERDs and data flow documentation
Partnering with engineers and architects for data pipelines
Translating business requirements into database schemas
Conducting data model reviews and enforcing standards
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in Data Modeling
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Proficiency with Erwin, ER/Studio, etc.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with NoSQL data stores
Familiarity with Data Lakehouse Architectures
Experience in highly regulated industries
Exposure to Data Governance platforms
