A recognized financial services organization in Stamford, Connecticut is actively seeking a new Lead AI Data Analytics Engineer to build and maintain data foundations that power decision-making across the firm, encompassing analytics, data engineering, and automation. Experience with AI Configuration, AI Implementation and AI Infrastructure a must.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursdays onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Define and standardize key metrics, data definitions, and reporting logic
- Identify data gaps and recommend process improvements
- Build and maintain data pipelines from various systems
- Design and maintain analytical layers and documentation
- Develop and operate ETL/ELT workflows with rigorous validation
- Configure, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and advanced ML models.
- Build and manage prompt frameworks, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Translate business challenges into AI-powered workflows.
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) to scale AI workloads.
- Improve reliability, performance, and governance of AI systems.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Data Warehouses and designing datasets for analytics
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with relational databases
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows
- Experience integrating data via APIs
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and visualizations
- Familiarity with crypto markets and on-chain analytics
- Experience with metric layers, semantic models, and documentation
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Data Analytics and/or Engineering
- Advanced skills with SQL
