About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
Engaging directly with business users to gather and document data requirements
Translating business needs into analytical queries and reports
Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
Ensuring data accuracy and business deliverables
Communicating findings to stakeholders in plain language
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Advanced SQL skills
Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience with Cloud Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Additional experience with Data Governance
Proficiency in Python or R
