A consumer products company is seeking to add a new Senior Business Analyst to a remote position with potential for contract-to-hire. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding Performio functionality/capabilities and modeling/mapping between various systems.
***This is a great Remote opportunity (will be expected to go on-site on occasion for important meetings).***
Responsibilities:
Eliciting requirements and performing detailed analysis and documentation
Modeling processes and mapping data between systems
Evaluating impacts and prioritizing requests
Partnering with project teams for successful data interface project delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders for data mapping requirements development
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
10 years of IT experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience in Data Modeling and Mapping
Solid understanding of Compensation Management systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong customer focus
Desired Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Systems/Data Analysis
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
Experience in Performio
Salary : $43 - $53
