Pay rate is $75 to $85 per hour
We're looking for an experienced business analyst with Salesforce expertise to help define, document, and improve business processes and system functionality. You'll work with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, model workflows, and support the delivery of new system features, enhancements, and fixes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, and capture requirements for new solutions.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation for technical teams and stakeholders.
- Map Salesforce data and integrations with internal and third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Work with development and QA teams to support testing, including facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Provide guidance on process improvements, Salesforce functionality, and user experience best practices.
- Mentor team members and review work to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assist with implementing system enhancements and cross-functional projects.
- Perform other duties as needed to support project goals and business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or manufacturing industry is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (IT focus), or related field.
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis with successful project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) and familiarity with Agile/SDLC approaches.
- Experience documenting requirements for integrations between systems and working with multiple ERPs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- CBAP or similar certification is a plus.
